When your mood drops, the thing that can't stop is your brain — you need to figure out 'exactly what made me feel this way.' Without analysis, you can't truly let go. This approach gives your emotions a landing point and teaches you a lot about yourself. Just remember: sometimes emotions don't need a reason — they just need to be felt.
